Return Policy

ALL SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURNS WITH AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT:
Product must be in new unused condition
May be made within 30 days of original purchase date for a refund based on the original form of payment
Cash refunds exceeding $250 will be issued a refund check to be mailed within 7 days
Credit card purchases will be issued a credit to the card used to make the original purchase
May be made after 30 days of original purchase for a merchandise credit

RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT:
May be exchanged for the item’s lowest selling price within the last 60 days
May be returned for the item’s lowest selling price within the last 60 days for a merchandise credit
A valid photo ID is required except where prohibited by law

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY:
There are no price adjustments. Price purchased is final price.

Electronic returns are subject to individual vendor requirements

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS:
Returning an online order is free and easy — just follow the steps below. Unfortunately, exchanges for online orders are unavailable. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement item.

Order must have paid shipping.  In-store pick up orders, local pickup orders and items purchased in-person do not qualify for free return shipping. 

Orders placed on werunrepublic.com can be returned via the following methods:

Return by mail:

1. Email support@werunrepublic.com to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and we will email you a pre-paid shipping label within 2-3 business days.

2. When packing up your return item(s), please include a copy of the packing list received with the shipment OR clearly write your order number above the shipping label on the outside of the package.

3. Affix the label to the outside of the package — be sure to completely remove or cover any previous shipping label(s) on the package.

4. Drop the package off with the carrier service provided. Be sure to write down your tracking number for future reference.

Return at Run Republic store:

1. Provide the sales associate with your packing list and/or order number when returning the item. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and applied to your original form of payment. Please note, refunds can take up to 10 business days to post to your account depending on your credit card company.

Store Return Information
Items bought at Run Republic store must be returned to the store, and cannot be returned by mail.

Most items in new condition that are returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items have a modified return policy noted on the receipt or werunrepublic.com. Items that are opened, damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
