This TKO Cardio Barbell Set features German-sourced urethane grip plates, which are higher quality and more durable than less expensive rubber-coated plates. The "Tri-Grip" plate design is easy to handle. It allows faster, more comfortable, and safer weight transitions during the workout. The light bars use a foam-padded gripping area to provide additional comfort, especially for movements where the weight bar positions on the shoulders, such as lunges and squats.
