Thursday evening May 4th, ON RUNNING is hosting a Cloudsurfer Demo at Run Republic! The event will kick off at 5pm. Invite your friends/family and Run Crews to experience an incredible On weekend and Demo the new Cloudsurfer!

- 5:00 pm: Run Republic class (FREE but you must rsvp)
- 6:00 pm: Event starts. Music and mingle, snacks and beverages, hand out raffle tickets, HYPE On Track Fest
- 7:00 pm: Out the door running - Surfer demo run to Mt Sac and back
- 7:45 pm: Raffles, beer, high fives and good times!!
The first On Track Nights event of the year features the best of Los Angeles' music scene and some of the world's best athletes too – starting things with a bang on and off the track. Be there at Mt Sac, May 6, 2023. Some FREE tickets will be given away on May 4th at Run Republic as we kick off the weekend!
What's happening?
Part music festival, part track meet, LA's Track Fest is unmissable for running fans (and fans of a good time).
It's a World Athletics Silver level meet organized in collaboration with Sound Running with 800m, 1500m, steeplechase, 5000m and 10,000m events. There will also be a community event where you can watch LA's local run clubs compete for the title in a 4x1 mile relay on the legendary Mt. Sac course. Grab a drink and cheer them on alongside ultrarunner extraordinaire (and master of ceremonies), Mikey Mitchell.
We'll be lighting up the track with pyrotechnics, and surrounding it with food trucks and beer tents. Oh yeah, and your food is covered with your ticket. Score! And as if all that wasn't enough, to top it off, we'll have a performance from a super secret music act – we can't reveal who it is yet, but trust us, they're big. Check back in for the reveal soon.
Who's going to be there?
The exact lineup is coming soon, but last year had some of the world's best and saw numerous records broken.
- Avinash Sable broke the Indian national 5000m record
- Laura Galvan beat her own Mexican 1500m record
- Abdihamid Nur set a new US collegiate 5000m record
But the highlight would probably be the very intense men's 5000m race which saw Olympic Gold medalist Jakob Ingebrigsten edge out Mohamed Mohumed and On's own Joe Klecker to claim first place with the fastest 5000m in California history. Will history repeat itself this year? Be there to find out.
