Flaxseed Powder – This awesome ingredient is used for a variety of uses. The nutrients include lignans, antioxidants, fiber, protein and polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) or omega-3.

Avocado Oil – is pressed from the avocado fruit and is an excellent source of lutein. Lutein is a carotenoid, the “eye” vitamin. A very healthy oil, this is high in oleic acid and contains vitamin E, which also helps the absorption of other fat-soluble vitamins.

Natural Flavors – ingredients made from natural sources, such as spices, fruit / fruit juices, vegetables / vegetable juices, herbs, back, buds, roots, leave and other plant materials.

Inulin – is a type of prebiotic that is not digested or absorbed in the stomach, but stays in the bowels and helps certain beneficial / “friendly” bacteria to grow. This is a starchy substance found in a vast variety of fruits, veggies, and herbs.

Egg White Protein – another great source of protein and is an excellent source to add to your diet without adding calories. This helps your body build strong muscles and maintain muscle mass as you age.

L-Glutamine – The most abundant amino acid found in muscles, L-glutamine is essential for a multitude of recovery processes but is rapidly depleted during intense exercise. It also contributes to growth hormone release, and is a key component for intestinal and immune system health. Low levels of L-glutamine have been shown to correlate with over-training syndrome.
