Designed in collaboration with a professional runner, Sally McRae. Specifically crafted to speed up recovery after hard workouts but also used by ultra runners as the main fuel. It contains both carbohydrates and fatty acids. It is loaded with MCT, medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil. You will also enjoy its rich flavor and fulfilling qualities in the late stages of long races. It provides active ingredient helping with inflammation.  On top of it, the taste is great!

The refreshing taste and light consistency of Hill Aid will give you and extra energy boost and make you feel like you are flying through the hills. The chlorogenic acid in green coffee beans and caffeine are know to support carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Polyphenols and antioxidants found in mango were shown to reduce inflammation. Mango also contains tartaric acid and malic acid which may help to maintain the alkali reserve of the body.
