Fun run on a Saturday out on the trails in a little 97 degree mid day heat! Thank you to Joe Nakamura and Run Republic for the best pair of trail shoes I’ve ever run in - Hoka Evo Mafate! Lots of grip and super comfy. I also grabbed a pair of Floatride Energy for the road which are also amazing! If you need a pair of shoes, especially if your not sure what to get, hit Joe up at Run Republic and he will get you all squared away! Stay safe out there!

💥 We had a blast racing in the 37th annual YMCA of the East Valley 5k! We shaved off about a minute from our last race! Cumulative team time of 1:08:44 with our top 2 female and top 2 males. We’re looking forward to advancing in the next round of the #361Cup and excited for an opportunity to compete at the Carlsbad 5000! Going #onedegreebeyond with @361usa ! THE 👟 Feisu Racing Flat is F A S T !!! .
