Hammer Nutrition Energy Surge - 30 Tablets
- Increases power output
- Improves repeatability of high-intensity efforts
- Helps you finish strong
BENEFITS
ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) is the ready-to-use finished product of cellular energy that fuels all high-level efforts. During exercise, ATP stores get depleted and too much time may pass before full replenishment can take place. That’s why you need Energy Surge. With 100 mg of sublingual PEAK ATP® rapidly absorbed into your bloodstream, you’ll restore your body’s ATP-producing mechanisms, while also enjoying rapidly renewed energy levels.
HOW TO USE
Take before high-intensity, shortduration exercise (less than one hour). Dissolve 1–4 tablets under your tongue 5–30 minutes before the start.
For prolonged exercise, dissolve 1–3 tablets under your tongue, as needed before climbs or other strenuous efforts and whenever you desire a quick boost of energy.
PRO TIP
To accelerate absorption, chew tablets, but do not swallow. Hold chewed-up tablets in your mouth for 1-5 minutes before swallowing.
INGREDIENT BREAKDOWN
ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) – A high-energy molecule found in every cell, often referred to as “the energy currency of life,” ATP is formed from a long chain of metabolic events in which a variety of substrates are transferred from the foods you eat. Energy Surge contains preformed, ready-to-use ATP.
Magnesium Glycerol Phosphate - A source of magnesium that is bonded to ATP in order for ATP to be biologically active. Magnesium Glycerol Phosphate also helps to balance the pH of the product to keep it more-neutral state of 7.0
Fructose – To help buffer the bitter-to-acidic taste of pure ATP, a trace amount of fructose is used. Each tablet contains approximately 170 mg (0.17 gm, or 17% of one gram), a minuscule amount.
Mannitol – Like xylitol, this sweetener is classified as a polyol, and found in the fruit, leaves and other parts of many plants, including celery, mushrooms, onions, pumpkins, and strawberries. As is the case with fructose, mannitol helps buffer the bitter-to-acidic taste of pure ATP.
Cellulose Gum – Made from plant fibers, cellulose gum binds the ingredients together in the tablet. It also protects the stability of ATP, preventing it from reacting prior to consumption.
Magnesium Stearate – Used in trace amounts as a “flow agent” to prevent the raw materials from sticking to the mechanical equipment, and to ensure a uniform consistency with the tablets.
